Golugg app is a mini truck booking app. You can use this app for booking mini trucks, tempo to move your cargo,luggage to any part of your city (intracity).
Golugg App is curretly available on Android and can be downloaded from Google Play.
No, we do not provide loading/unloading services currently, its not included in the fare. But you can check with the driver if he can help you with loading/unloading for any extra charges.
These extra charges is not part of the fare and should be managed between driver and customer.
No, we currently only offer real time booking. No future scheduling option available as of now.
Charges are calculated based on distance travelled, total time taken for the trip including loading and unloading, night charges (in evening and night), locality, taxes.
You can download and register in the app to check for estimated fare for locations you want to book a truck for. Final fare may differ from the estimated fare as per above factors.

No we do not offer any fixed price service. You will need to book it real time and pay as per the usage of vehicle.
Factors like Traffic, distance, time taken in loading ad unloading etc. determine the pick up and delivery time of your order. We take all the required effort to meet your expectations on timely pick up and delivery
No, we do not allow moving such cargo through trucks registered with us. You should follow standard guidelines from authorities/government that governs required rules and conditions to be followed for moving this type of cargo.
A trip can be cancelled by customer immediately after it is accepted by a driver, but you can't cancel a trip after driver has entered the verification code provided by you to start the trip.
There are no charges for cancellation before trip start. Once trip starts a minimum base fare will be charged even if you do not want to proceed with trip further.
Any request for refund of charges for trips taken, will be decided by Golugg support team on case on case basis after also engaging with the driver involved with the respective booking.

No we do not provide insurance currently. Your cargo, Goods are not insured by us, but we do recommend our customers to take insurance of their goods.
If you want to claim insurance with your insurer for any loss/damage/theft during a trip with Golugg, we can help with the survey initiated by insurer of customer and help with required details.
